Ingredients
8 containers of 9% cottage cheese
1 bag grated cheese

American lasagna noodles
Tomato paste
Instructions
Mix cottage cheese with grated cheese, salt, pepper, and dried parsley.
Boil lasagna noodles, then rinse with cold water to prevent sticking.
Layer noodles, sauce, and filling with tomato paste.
Finish with cheese on top.
Bake until cooked through, but not too well done.
Breaded Chicken

1 cup matzah meal

Instructions
Rub chicken with mayonnaise on all sides.
Mix matzah meal and onion soup mix.
