Recipes:

Lasagna:

1. 8 container of 9% cottage cheese

2. Mix in a bag of grated cheese

3. Add some salt, pepper and dried parsley, that’s your sauce.

4. Boil American lasagna noodles. As soon as they’re finished boiling, pour cold water on them so they don’t stick.

5. Take tomato paste and begin to layer: Noodles, sauce, filling. When finished, sprinkle cheese on top

6. Bake as much time as it needs so it doesn’t get too well done

Breaded Chicken:

1. Take chicken and rub it with mayonnaise, top to bottom

2. Take a cup of matzah meal and a ¼ cup of onion soup mix and mix them together, sprinkle on top and bottom of the chicken

3. Cover it and bake it, take it out before it’s too well done
