It’s easy, stupid™! 

  • Prepare 2 cups rice

  • In a pan, brown 1 pound ground beef

  • Pour off extra grease

  • Wait for rice to cool

  • Scramble 8 eggs

  • Mix into rice

Add:

  • 5 chopped scallions

  • soy sauce
