It's Easy, Stupidโ„ข! 

  1. Peel & slice 2 packages of carrots

  2. Place in pan with little oil

  3. Add flanken (spare ribs) and

  4. When halfway done, pour out excess gravy

  5. Coat meat & carrots with honey

  6. When meat is almost done, cover and bake until carrots are soft
